Tooling along, enjoying the scenery, when I came on this truck slowing things to a crawl... followed along for awhile, then decided that if no one else would pass it, I might as well move up (only traveling at about 20-25mph).
Yech! Disgusting! No idea whathaheck he was hauling - or how anything could stay so wet for soooo long. Wet clement?
