Does anyone know if anyone makes a rocker (toe/heel) shifter lever for the Thunderbird? Has anybody made one? I used one for many years on my America, without floorboards. Got spoiled. Thanks, --Tom

My dealer said they only come in a kit with all the changes necessary for adding driver's floorboards. ??? Hope he was wrong.

He's probably right. The way it's designed , I can't see how the Triumph heel/toe piece would work without the floorboards.

I think you are on to something When I get time, I will try to go to a motorcycle junk yard or a Harley shop (both about 2 hrs drive from here), and do some investigating. Also, I wonder if the America has the same shift shaft diameter & # of spines?

Diameter measured this week-end: 10.61 - 11 mm.
Need to remove the shifter for more precise measurement.
