You got it man, you got it.

But the light obesity is true

I think your thought of opening a thread "Show your self together with your Tbird" is an excellent idea.
Why don't you just do it, and start out with your self.
I will then follow, and so will others.

@ Ray, I found a photo of you with a large fish, in one of your local newspapers, and I can reveal that I was as surprised, about your looks, as you where about mine.

I can reveal though that I consider me being the pretty one, of the two of us.

Haha. I'm the same age, have two of those three ailments plus a few more, but I'm still going, still riding and camping.

Hey Dermot.

I bought one of these 8 years back, pretty happy thus far.
About 200,000k's up between the 3 bikes since then. ( and one spill )
But she's been known to be a wee bit cooler down here.

That's a handsome jacket, good for colder weather. Never saw a belt closure for the neck. I have Triumph jackets, not as long but I use heated gear. I have heard of waxed cotton/ canvas but never leather, interesting.

One thing with waxed cotton Ray, it breaths less than leather making them a winter jacket only, well for my climate anyway. That photo above of me shows my waxed cotton jacket which is very similar to the one Mick linked too.

I get it but cotton is porous, the wax can leach in. But with leather it seems to less porous that the wax would be just be a topical. Thanks Lee, nice jacket Mick.

I bought a leather jacket four years ago from leather n jacket Link online store, and the quality is truly excellent. I am very happy with it, it has proven to be a stylish and durable addition to my wardrobe.

I'm currently using a Roland Sands Barfly and I have a Fox Creek Greyson for the colder months. The RS jacket is really stiff in the arms but I'm wearing it consistently in hopes that I will break it in.

Things just arent built to last any more.
just wondering what kind of wear are you guys getting? I dont mean time wise, as I have jackets from the eighties and nineties, but wear, and mileage.

Sounds like you got a solid run out of that jacket, especially for the price. 75,000 miles is no small feat. I agree these days it's harder to find gear that really holds up to that kind of mileage. Curious to hear what others are getting out of theirs too.
