Thinking about ditching a lot of the stuff I normally carry - tailbag, camping and emergency gear - along with passenger seat.
I have stock solo seat and a pan from twin seat, would like to keep a backrest somehow.... Any suggestions?

I tried to gather TBird parts before discontinued, bought a used Mustang solo w/backrest (like new). Someday, I'll saddle up on a Mustang!

If the Mustang is only solo seat with a backrest, I may chop the tail off my extra twin seat pan and make it solo. Given enough support for stock backrest, it would have same shape as solo seat while retaining air ducts underneath. Could use better upholstery and make it a little more comfy for my lardass. Think I have a fender rack around here somewhere, too.
Will check with Fast Eddy...
