2012 Thunderbird 1700. Cranks over but Won't start. It's got a new crank angle sensor and TPS It's getting plenty of fuel. The battery's fully charged. No fault codes neutral light is illuminated on the dash fuel pump primes as normal, kill switch works, side stand works. Buggered if I know whats wrong with her, been chasing my tail for close to 10 months

Has it got spark? Have you done ECU tests? I'm sure there are step tests in the SM.

Do a web search for 'Thunderbird 1700 no spark' and you'll get more suggestions than you'll ever need.
Or do as Lee said and check the service manual. It's not the kill switch or a safety switch - if it was, your starter wouldn't spin.
Forgot to mention no spark? Kinda important, doncha think?

I'd look it up, but we're in the midst of yet another blackout here.
PG&E plans to send some drones over, darn nice of 'em, too.
Will give 'em something to look at.

I think you need to carry out some ECU testing or take it to a knowledgeable mechanic.
