so i got a free frame and certificate of orign for a 60's FL style harley w rubber mounted engine



i know nothing about it but it seemed like a cheaper build than a 1970s moto guzzi

Use that gray engine right behind the frame. It would be more powerful and reliable than the Harley motor.

the lawn mower or the ducati? there is a r1 motor behind thew other frame out of shot as well :-P but yea im more about the project, i cant see anything replacing my tbird as my main bike

Who made the frame? And how did you manage to score it for free?

We just spent almost a month getting a repop FL frame "right", I don't know who welded it but they either didn't use a very good jig or they used it poorly. Hope it all goes well for you , but if it's a repop I might suggest taking some careful measurements to make sure everything is welded where it should be.

Good luck and throw some progress pics up in "other bikes, Id love to see how it turns out.

its a paughco frame and my friend had it in her house for years, one of her ex's along time ago . but sadly its not the best base for what i want to do so i decided to sell it .... now to find someone to buy it
