They do a "quick test" of the Harley FXS Blackline and the author does his level best to make a positive selling point out of every shortcoming, and there are many, the bike has. I can't type the entire thing but it's really worth a look. This guy should work for Clinton and Obama as a spinmaster.
It's a "big inch V Twin that puts out 63 horsepower so it never cuts loose with eyeball-squishing acceleraton, and it can leave four wheel traffic in its dust!" Wow! "This helps make it a pleasant road companion?" If you say so.
"The FXS manages urban trawling with expert level composure. You can drag the peg feelers on simple turns, like when leaving driveways and rounding city street corners, and any form of backroad hustling is entirely out of the question. But riders drawn to custom styled cruisers will be enamored with its superb build quality, its flawless paint, lustrous chrome and ease of operation." Yep, sounds like Cruiser of the Year material to me.
I guess it's difficult to keep an advertiser who builds dogs happy, while not lying to the readership.
